Pulari is a not-for-profit organisation that has operated since 2005. They run various community/charity events.
Pulari has their 15th annual stage show PASS 2023 scheduled on Saturday 18th March from 5PM at Springvale City Hall.
PASS2023 is one of the largest stage shows of local artists in Victoria. This Multicultural Talent event focuses on promoting development of skills and talents of diverse communities of Victoria.
The proceedings from the show will go to charity.
