Tragic impact of earthquakes in Türkiye and Syria

We are deeply saddened by the impact of earthquakes in Türkiye and Syria, which have directly affected our families and friends back home.

Search and rescue operations are underway, but massive damage to infrastructure, roads and telecommunications poses a significant challenge to relief efforts.

Urgent financial support is needed to address immediate medical, sanitary, shelter and nutrition needs, as well as long-term rebuilding efforts.

Türkiye hosts the world’s largest refugee population, while Syrians have endured almost 12 years of conflict. The region is experiencing a severe winter, with snow and icy winds hindering relief efforts.
