Membership fees contribute to the running costs of the station. Without this revenue, the station would find it difficult to survive.
Membership ensures that your favourite program will continue to be broadcast.
Membership encourages the producers and broadcasters of your favourite program to work towards seeking more on-air time for your Broadcasting Group.
Membership gives you the opportunity to stand for election to the Committee of a Broadcasting Group as well as for election to the Council of the Station.
When you are a member, you can vote at a Broadcasting Group Annual General Meeting as well as at the Annual General Meeting of the Association.
As a member, you can have a say in the way in which programs are broadcast.
As a member, you can participate in activities around the station, helping in the office and the studios.
If you are interested in broadcasting, as a member you can apply to be trained in radio skills.
A member receives information from time to time about station activities.
Membership is a way of saying "thank you to the community of broadcasters that bring you news, information and music week by week across the year.
