JEWISH BROADCASTING GROUP PROGRAM INFORMATION

The Jewish Broadcasting Group was one of the founding groups at 3ZZZ and broadcasts in Hebrew, Yiddish and English to the over 60,000 members of the Jewish Community in Melbourne. The diverse nature of the Jewish Community is reflected in the programs broadcast and attempts to meet the needs of the new Jewish immigrants from Israel, Eastern Europe, Africa, South America, Asia and many other Countries as well as providing for the elderly and the isolated.

SUNDAY

With Bobbi and Michael Zylberman

Yiddish and English: 11am to 12 midday

News, music, folklore, humour and special guests and interviews in English.

WEDNESDAY

With Ofri Laor, Irit Ziv and Zvulun Shalev

Hebrew: 9pm to 10pm

Hebrew music, news and talkback.

FRIDAY

With Ruthie Gilmour and Amit Rehak

Shabbat Shalom: 3pm to 4pm

Hebrew news, music, community announcements, thoughts of the week, interviews and talkback.
