3ZZZ 2009 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Sunday the 6th of December 2009 at 2.00pm, Main Chamber, Victorian Trades Hall Council, 54 Victoria Street, Carlton
 
Only those financial members over the age of 18 are eligible to attend and vote at the meeting. And only those who have renewed their membership by November 7th, 5pm 2009, or have had their membership application approved by Council (at its September 2009 meeting) will be eligible to attend and to vote.
Members may appoint another member to carry his/her proxy to the meeting. Proxies must be made in the prescribed Statutory Declaration form available at the Association’s office.
 
All proxy forms must be lodges with the Secretary at the registered office of the company, 144 George Street Fitzroy 3065 by 2pm Friday 4th December 2009. All appointments of proxy received thereafter shall be invalid and of no effect. Only the original signed form can be accepted – no faxes, scans or copies.
 
Associations who wish to exercise their voting rights must nominate their voting delegate on the prescribed form available from the registered office of the company. These nominations must reach the office by noon on Friday December 4th 2009.
Please note that copies of the Constitution are now available from the 3zzz office and will be available on the day of the AGM for members.
