PRIVACY ACT AND CBF GRANTS REPORT FORMS
As a result of many concerns that information sought in CBF forms regarding ethnic grant reports may conflict with the Privacy Act, that is such information cannot be given without the persons consent and if indeed is required 3ZZZ wrote to the CBF seeking clarification. The response will be considered at the April 30th Council meeting.
